The Rock Your Scar 2024 photo contest and national CHD Awareness campaign starts on January 1, 2024 and ends on January 31, 2024. We welcome photo submissions of all who have been diagnosed with CHD; participants do not need to have a scar. Mended Little Hearts recognizes and honors that not all who have been diagnosed with CHD are still with us.
Looking to combine fitness with awareness and fundraising for CHD. This February, in honor of American Heart Month and CHD Awareness Week, The Fitness Equation is hosting a "Hope for Hearts Cycling Challenge" with all proceeds going directly to the INOVA Children's Heart Center.
